These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and 666p4 ("we", "us", "our" or the "Operator"), the entity responsible for operating the online betting and live casino platform accessible at https://666p4.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

4.1 Account Registration

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

6.2 Source of Funds

By depositing funds you warrant that (a) the funds are lawfully yours, (b) you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party and (c) the funds originate from a legitimate, lawfully earned source. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of source of funds documentation at any time.

6.3 Deposit Processing

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your Account Balance are subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your Account being in good standing — not suspended, under investigation or restricted;

7.2 Processing Times

7.3 Refusal of Withdrawals

9.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the Operator's sports betting rules and individual game rules, which are published within the relevant betting or game section of the Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.

9.2 Settled Outcomes

The Operator reserves the right to void or amend the settlement of any bet where there is evidence of a clear error, system fault, corrupted pricing feed or where a third-party sports event is abandoned, rescheduled or its result is officially reversed. Settlement decisions made by the Operator in good faith shall be final.

9.3 Cricket & Sports Markets

9.4 Casino & Live Games

Casino and live game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by the relevant third-party content provider and are applied to aggregate play over time, not to individual sessions. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Any other conduct that the Operator reasonably determines to constitute fraudulent, abusive or harmful behaviour toward the Platform, its staff or other users.

11.1 Operator-Initiated Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) where: a User breaches these Terms; the Account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity; KYC requirements remain unfulfilled after reasonable notice; or the Operator is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

11.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms and any applicable KYC requirements. Where a self-exclusion request is made, the Account will be closed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.

11.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, any unmet Wagering Requirements attached to active Bonuses will be voided. Real-money Account Balances remaining after settlement of all valid pending bets will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or death and personal injury caused by the Operator's own wilful misconduct.

All content on the 666p4 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, data compilations and any underlying code, is the property of 666p4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 666p4.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licenced to operate, as notified to Users by the Operator. The application of conflicting national laws is excluded to the maximum extent permitted.

Pakistani Users are reminded that Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and that the enforceability of any part of these Terms in Pakistani courts may be affected by applicable local law.
